to the member.
Here are your options:

 
REMOTE PAYMENT STATIONS
Take your CEC bill or account number to pay
at the Ste. Genevieve Country Mart,
Belgrade State Bank in Farmington, Bloomsdale Bank in Bloomsdale and Ste. Genevieve, Rozier's Food Centre in Perryville and Cape Regional Credit Union in Fruitland.
 
AUTO PAY
The most convenient way to pay, Auto Pay saves
you time and money by paying your bill automatically
from a predetermined checking/savings account or bank card. You will continue to receive a monthly statement approximately 21 days before the due date. The balance
of your electric bill will be deducted from your bank account or bank card on the due date,
so your bill is always paid on time. To sign up, call 877-876-3511 or fill out this form and return it to our office.

BY PHONE
Call 877-876-3511 to pay by phone using your bank card or checking account. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
 
ONLINE
Twenty-four hours a day, you can see and pay your electric bill online by bank card: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.When paying by credit card, your statement will show the payment was made to Southeastern Data or SEDC, which is our third-party credit card vendor.
 
BY MAIL
For your convenience, a reply envelope is enclosed with your monthly bill. The mailing address for payments is: Citizens Electric, P.O. Box 368, Perryville, MO 63775. Please allow adequate mail-processing time to avoid late fees or disconnection.
 
IN PERSON

OVERNIGHT DROP BOX
Drop boxes are located at several locations for your convenience:
   Altenburg: Former CEC facility at 303 Maple St.
   Bloomsdale: Bloomsdale Bank
   Farmington: Belgrade State Bank
   Fruitland: Cape Regional Credit Union
   Perryville: CEC business office at 1500 Rand Ave.
   Ste. Genevieve: Bloomsdale Bank and drive-up box on Merchant Street across from post office

 

Operation Round Up

With Operation Round Up, your spare change can help to make a tremendous difference in the lives of those who need help within our community. Help us to help others by participating in our Operation Round Up program. By signing up, your electric bill is rounded up to the next highest whole dollar amount. For instance, if your actual electric bill is $83.87, it will be rounded up to $84. The additional 13 cents goes into a fund managed by the East Missouri Action Agency to help those who are less fortunate pay their electric bill.
 
Average contributions are only about $6 per year and never exceed 99 cents in a single month. Individually, the amount contributed to Operation Round Up may not seem significant, but put this change together and it can go a long way in making a difference within our community.
